Jim made the home buying process, which is usually overwhelming and a little bit scary, very simple. He always kept me up to date with what the next steps would be, what my expectations should be, and he was always available to answer any questions I had.

Jim is the man! He was willing to work late on a weekend to accommodate our needs, which ultimately turned into a winning offer on a new home. Jim was great about providing insight and offering opinions when asked about different options. He was a pleasure to work with and someone I would highly recommend to others!
Eric F.
Both my realtor and the seller's realtor recommended Jim. I called him and he worked through the weekend to ensure the loan application had a successful start and, thanks to Jim, also a successful ending! Jim was always very professional and kind. I had multiple questions and he patiently reviewed everything with me. I completely recommend Jim, he was my hero through this process!
