I have used Jim and pacific financial on the past two home purchases both have been great experiences. Jim is always there when I have a million questions to ask and is very quick to respond.

Jim was able to take a failed home loan with my previous lender and turn it into an approval in less than two weeks! He was able to explain why it wasn't approved before, then explain how to quickly and efficiently turn it around. He explained the entire process and didn't pull any punches in regard to what needed to be done. By far the easiest person to work with!
