JOANNE ROTELLA
Joanne has three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, helping over 3,000 families secure financing for their new home. She is a Senior Loan Officer with Shelter Home Mortgage. Joanne is a graduate of Xinnix Academy of Mortgage Excellence. Joanne has won Shelter's President's Award for four consecutive years, and has also been the recipient of the MBAG Platinum Award, honoring Georgia loan originators who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Born in Syracuse, NY, Joanne is the oldest of nine children. She is a graduate of Le Moyne College and earned her master’s degree from Syracuse University.
Joanne and her daughters moved to Atlanta in 1986. Today, Atlanta is still home for all her growing family, including three grandchildren. When not at work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family here in Atlanta as well as all those in Syracuse. She is an avid tennis fan, follows the Atlanta Braves, and loves vintage cars. Her favorite charities include Children’s Miracle Network and Autism Speaks.
